Stacia has more than a decade of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, bringing compassion and dedication to her practice. She earned her MA in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia and is fully licensed in the states of Georgia and Alabama. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-II, Stacia specializes in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
With a BA in English from Auburn University, Stacia also has experience as a certified special education teacher in Georgia and Alabama. She holds certifications in several evidence-based curricula, including Thinking for a Change, Cognitive Behavior Instruction - Substance Abuse, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention Therapy.
Stacia works with adults and adolescents, focusing on mental health, substance use disorders, and alternative lifestyles. She approaches her work with deep compassion, empowering her clients to recognize their strengths and take meaningful steps toward self-actualization, helping them manifest the life they desire.
Jessica Morris is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified addiction counselor (CADC-II) with over a decade of experience helping teenagers and adults navigate challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and substance use recovery. She is also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), providing guidance, mentorship, and training to fellow therapists.
Jessica grew up in Newton County and earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Emory University and a master's degree in professional counseling from Georgia State University. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate space where clients can develop coping skills, achieve personal goals, and process their emotions. Jessica is proud to be an ally to traditionally underserved communities and believes in the importance of addressing systemic barriers, advocating for equitable resources, and providing culturally competent care. When she's not working, she enjoys going on adventures with her children, snuggling with her dogs, watching true crime documentaries, and reading books with happy endings.
Suzanne is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and registered play therapist (RPT-S) with over a decade of experience providing therapy to individuals and families, mostly focusing on the intersection of neurodivergence and other mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, adjustment, etc). She believes in the healing power of play and experiential learning throughout the lifespan.
Suzanne initially began helping populations with diverse needs via therapeutic horseback riding in 2005, and she still utilizes a love of animals and connection to nature in helping therapy clients address challenges in their lives. Transitioning from therapeutic recreation to mental health, Suzanne earned her M.S. (2011) and Ed.S. (2012) in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2015.
Suzanne enjoys providing supervision and mentorship to new professionals as a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and play therapist supervisor (RPT-S).
Suzanne Griswold is also approved as a behavioral telehealth registrant by the South Carolina Board of Examiners for the Licensure of Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Addiction Counselors, and Psycho-Educational Specialists to provide professional counseling services, via telehealth only, to clients in South Carolina. Sonja has over 30 years’ experience as an office/billing manager and is familiar with filing claims to many types of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance plans. She has lived in Rockdale County since 1993 when her husband got out of the Navy after spending four years in Italy. When she is not working, she enjoys crocheting, reading, taking cruises and hanging out with her grandchildren, dog and bird.
